Seller Verification & Marketplace Rules
To keep TCGCards.sg safe and scam-free, all sellers undergo strict identity and stock verification before listings go live.
1. Listing Requirements
Eligible Items
We currently accept authentic PSA-graded slabs only. Raw cards, un-graded cards, or slabs from non-PSA grading companies are not permitted.
Accurate Condition Disclosure
Sellers must accurately report the physical condition of the slab casing. Any cracks, chips, noticeable scuffs, or label errors must be declared upfront before listing.
2. Mandatory 3-Step Verification
Before any card is posted on the website, sellers must submit proof of physical possession via WhatsApp:
High-Resolution Slab Photos
Provide clear photos of the front and back of the PSA slab in good lighting. The PSA certification number and barcode must be fully legible.
Timestamped Proof of Hand-in-Stock
Place a handwritten paper note beside the PSA slab displaying: Your Name, Mobile Number, Today’s Date, and “TCGCards.sg”.
PayNow & Cert Verification
Our admin team cross-references the cert number on the official PSA registry and verifies the seller’s PayNow identity against local community databases.
3. Seller Rules & Responsibilities
Honoring Agreed Prices
Once a buyer pays the online deposit on TCGCards.sg, the listed price is locked. Sellers are strictly prohibited from asking for higher prices or accepting side-bids from other buyers.
5-Day Meetup Window
Sellers must cooperate with the buyer to schedule and complete the face-to-face meetup within 5 calendar days of receiving buyer contact details.
Collecting Payment
Sellers collect 100% of the remaining balance directly from the buyer at the meetup via instant PayNow or cash after the buyer inspects the slab.
