The Transaction Process
Lock Your Card
Pay the required deposit on TCGCards.sg to secure the card. The listing instantly switches to Sold, taking it off the market so no other collector can claim it. Our admin team logs the verified purchase price in our market history index.
Contact Details Exchange
Our admin team shares the necessary contact details between the buyer and seller so that both parties can coordinate directly and arrange the next steps.
Inspect, Pay & Collect
Meet up face-to-face! The buyer inspects the PSA slab in hand, transfers the remaining balance directly to the seller via PayNow or cash, and receives the card.
For Buyers
How does my deposit protect me?
Your deposit locks in exclusive rights to the card at the agreed listing price—preventing side-bids or sudden price hikes. During the meetup, you get to inspect the slab in person.
Are deposits refundable if I change my mind?
No. Placing a deposit takes the listing off the market and prevents other collectors from buying it. To protect sellers from window-shoppers, deposits are non-refundable if you choose not to complete the purchase on an accurately described card.
Can I negotiate the price at the meetup?
No. The listed price is final. To keep our trading community fair and respectful, buyers are strictly prohibited from haggling or renegotiating the price during or after locking the deal.
How long do we have to complete the deal?
Meetups must be scheduled and completed within 5 calendar days of paying the deposit, unless both parties mutually agree in writing to an extension.
Is the deal final once I pay at the meetup?
Yes. Handing over the remaining balance and receiving the card serves as your final approval. Once funds are transferred and both parties part ways, the sale is closed and non-refundable.
For Sellers
What cards can I list on TCGCards.sg?
We accept authentic PSA-graded slabs only. All listings must be genuine, accurately pictured, and free of undisclosed cracks, chips, or heavy fading.
How do I receive payment?
You collect 100% of the remaining balance directly from the buyer at the meetup via instant PayNow transfer or cash.
How does TCGCards.sg protect sellers?
By requiring buyers to put down a non-refundable deposit before exchanging contact information, we screen out lowballers and time-wasters so you only deal with committed collectors.
What if a buyer ghosts or breaks the 5-day rule?
If a buyer cancels without valid cause, fails to appear, or exceeds the 5-day window without an extension, the transaction is cancelled, the listing automatically unlocks, and the deposit is handled under our seller-protection policy.
Can I change my listing price?
Yes. Price updates can be requested through our support team and take 24–48 working hours to reflect online. However, once a deposit has been paid on a listing, the agreed price is locked and must be honored.
